SmartFujiPlus is an intelligent expansion card that connects to your main Fuji Plus control board to unlock real-time monitoring, fault notifications, access control, and user management through Android and iOS apps.

Do I need a router or Wi‑Fi on site?

No. SmartFujiPlus is sold as a complete solution with integrated LTE connectivity (e.g., an Airbox). No router, access point, or customer-provided internet is required.

Is installation complicated?

No. It’s designed to be “zero challenges”: only 4 signal wires to the main Fuji Plus control board.

If the internet goes down, will the elevator stop?

No. Connectivity is for remote monitoring, notifications, and control. The elevator continues operating normally; the app will show it as offline.

Can I control which floors each user can access?

Yes. You can assign allowed floors per user (all floors or specific floors) and disable accounts instantly if needed.

What user roles are supported?

Regular User, Owners Association, Technician, and Elevator Manager (Admin) with different permissions for access, faults, analytics, and control settings.

Can I choose which faults trigger notifications?

Yes. You can enable/disable notifications per fault category and review a full fault history with filters (date, floor, fault type).

Is the app available on Android and iOS?

Yes. Use the store links or `/smart/install` as a QR page to redirect users to the correct store.

Can I manage many elevators across multiple buildings?

Yes. Group elevators by area/compound/project and monitor them from anywhere.
